Citroen Nemo 2008 Model
A totally new concept – a purpose built commercial which carries the payload of vans in the next size up with a small size and weight. Available with two engines – X and LX and trim variants, the Nemo is larger than the C2, but smaller than the Berlingo.
Buyers can choose from the 1400cc sub 120g/kg 70PS diesel or the 1400cc 75PS petrol. If you want the LX – you have to opt for the diesel version. Well under 4 metres long at 3.86 metres, the Nemo can still pack in up to 2.5m3 and carry up to 610 kg. To help further with urban operation, you can opt for Citroen’s auto gearbox – the SensoDrive – an automatically shifted manual – giving the ease of driving benefits of an auto with the efficiency of a manual.
Citroen’s Extenso folding passenger seat option is available in the Citroen Nemo, giving an extra .3m3 of volume and increasing the length available to almost 2.5 metres. A small protective bulkhead comes as standard behind the driver – this can be upgraded to a full bulkhead at a cost.
The Nemo gets one sliding side load door, but buyers can order their Nemo with twin side loading doors. The LX model comes with smart central locking – opening just the cargo area or the cab on their own..
