Specialist handlers of fine art, antiques and furniture, Williams & Hill Forwarding Ltd., has taken delivery of the first Renault to join its 16-strong fleet of Mercedes and MAN. The Renault Master 125.35 low platform cab, supplied through Renault Trucks distributor, Norfolk Truck and Van Enfield, has been fitted with a specially modified GRP Luton body by commercial vehicle bodybuilders, GM Billings.
The new Renault Master will undertake the transportation of artwork, sculptures and antiques for clients requiring specialist removals and relocations, as well as transport to and from exhibitions and fairs across the UK and Europe. For maximum security, the vehicle is fitted with a Maple alarm system, CCTV system and vehicle tracking. The body has been specially modified internally with padding and tie rails to provide the safest transportation for fragile items.
