Friday, May 20th, 2011New Fiat Doblo Dropside / Pic Up lauched – the ‘Work-Up’
Shown at last year’s IAA commercial vehicle show in Germany’s Hannover, the new Fiat Doblo in dropside guide, (they also showed a refrigerated box version). Rumours have it that the dropside is finally headed for our shores. With payloads of a tonne or more, the pick up will target pick up users who do not want the ‘fall guy’ image and associated fuel costs of running a traditional 4×4 pick up. WIth a load bed 2.3 metres in length and 1.86m wide, it runs circles around all of the existing pick ups which have to contend with wheel arches when loading Euro pallets.

USED VAN PRICES FALL FURTHER AT AUCTION

Although only dropping by £92, this adds to the falls in February and March this year. When compared with April 2010, average values are 12.8% (£564) lower, average age is one month lower and average mileage is up by 2,061 miles.
