Chrysler and Fiat Group have announced that the T’s have been crossed and the I’s have been dotted on their global strategic alliance, which means that they can operate fully across the world.
As part of the alliance, Fiat will let Chrysler use its technology platforms and engines for small- and medium-sized vehicles. Chrysler also gets Fiat’s management skills in getting a failing business back on the road and access to Fiat’s worldwide dealer network.
